Q. What is Your Minimum Order?
A. Our Minimum Order is £75 (Excluding V.A.T.).
Q. Do you offer Free Shipping
A. We offer Free Shipping for Orders in value over £100 (Excluding V.A.T.) for delivery to mainland England & Wales.
Scotland, Northern Ireland and UK island deliveries please email us for a cost prior to placing your order
Q. Can you order online and Collect
A. Yes, When you proceed to check out you can select “Local Pickup” your order will be picked ready for collection. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. If you want same day collection please call us to confirm we are able to pick your order in time for your required collection time.
Q. Can you arrange your own carrier
A. Yes, When you proceed to check out you can select “Local Pickup” then send us an email and inform us of the carrier. Goods will be picked and placed on a pallet ready for pallet courier.
If you select this option please note that collection are only possible between 8am and 2.30pm. if your carrier arrives outside of those times they will be unable to collect.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Debit Cards which have no transaction fee. We also accept Master Card or Visa credit card or Paypal which are charged at 2.5% You can also pay by bank transfer (BACS)
If paying by bank transfer we need the funds to clear prior to despatch of your goods. Please note that bank transfer payments must be made within 48 hours of receipt of a pro-forma invoice. Any delay in making payment may result in your order being cancelled and incur an administration charge.

Q. Do you ship outside the UK?
A. We do not ship outside of the UK however if you have a freight forwarder based in the UK we are happy to arrange delivery to them on your behalf.
Q. Do you charge VAT on orders going to the EU?
A. If we are sending your order directly to you in an EU country and you have provided a valid EU V.A.T. registered number when you registered with us, we will not charge you V.A.T. However if we are delivering your order to a UK freight forwarder, or they are collecting from our warehouse, then we have to charge V.A.T. Once the goods have left the UK and you have provided a valid proof of export document alongside a valid EU V.A.T. registered number, we can refund the V.A.T. to you.
