High Ridge Products – Returns Policy / Terms & Conditions
Any products(s) received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may require the item(s) to either be returned for a replacement, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. We will advise you within 2 working days of receipt of a claim how to proceed.
If you wish to return any goods for a credit/refund you may do so within 14 days, however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item(s) to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new – please contact us prior to returning item(s) to confirm it is acceptable. We will issue a return authorisation number – any item returned without a valid authorisation will not be refunded. Under certain circumstances a return will incur a re-stocking charge which will be 20% of the original value of the goods – this is to offset the extra costs we incur in unpacking and putting returned stock back in to stock.
